Small Georgian mantel clock by Price of London

An excellent Rosewood mantle Clock of small proportions.

The high quality 8 day duration single fusee movement features an anchor escapement and a pendulum fixing point for transportation requirements. The square silvered brass dial with Roman Chapters, blued steel hands, engraved with the makers name and place of work to the centre and with engraved flowers and foliages to the corners.

The rosewood veneered case has extensive brass inlay to the front elevation and brass fish scale sounds frets to the sides. The case stands on four solid rosewood bun feet and is finished with a bevelled inspection glass to the top.
